模型の導入順に、当時の思い出を話しながら同時に交検（定期運転検査）を行っている「模型紹介シリーズ」。
今回は「EF65-116号機・試験塗装機」です。
モデルになった116号機ですが、稲沢機関区（現：愛知機関区）時代に試験塗装を行っていたらしく、見かけた記憶はありません。
と言っても、鉄ちゃんじゃない普通の時期でしたから、気にしていなかったと言うのもあります。
2010年8月22日に、初めて「国際模型コンベンション（JAM）」へ行った時の会場限定品で、定価販売だったこともあり開封出来ずに仕舞ってあった品です。
その後、いろいろな鉄道模型イベントに行くと、毎年会場限定品が出るため、通常整備に移りましたけど、登場回数はほぼ無いです。
また、ブログの開設（Yahoo!ブログ時代）が、2010年10日であり、その後初の購入品でもありました。
その初コメントいただいたのが、分かれてしまった「ビスタ二世さん」で、この車両の記事（JAMへのコメント）だったと思います。
凄くうれしかったのを覚えています。
余談ですが、Amebaブログ自体も2019年8月10日に所得で本格的に移ったのが、9月1日だったかな？サブブログ開始も8月10日頃ですね。
当初紹介のために、恐る恐る線路に乗せた記憶があり、整備などで気無い状態でしたが・・・、それはそれでかわいそうですよね。
そして2012年1月にやっと整備を行いました。
あ、この車両、初心者向けの整備見本を載せたやつですね。
ピンバイスにドリル刃（キリ）を取り付けて、手の甲に当てて、軽く乗っける感じ（押しつけない）で、指先でぐるぐる回すと穴がずれないで開く・・・、そんな感じだったと思います。
切り出しもありますね。
カッターで切り出し切った後に切断する。
ピーナッツ入り柿の種を食べる→空のビニールにゴム系接着剤（Gクリア）を少量出す。
ほんの少しだけ付けで、ボデーに持ってく。
爪やピンセットで押し込むと文字が潰れるので、綿棒で押す。
・・・今は指なのは内緒です。
はみ出した接着剤は、爪楊枝で絡み取ると、きれいになります。
はみ出しが有るので、接着剤では無く簡単に取れる、Gクリアをお勧めしています。
老眼には優しい接着剤です。
パンタの色さしもやってますね。
最近省略気味ですけど・・・。
LED交換工具の紹介と、失敗しにくい金属が横に出ている「3216サイズ」の電球色LEDを使用。
電球色LEDは、下手に秋葉原で買ってきても「オレンジLED」「黄色LED」だったりすることもあるので、通販で「LEDパラダイス」と言うお店で購入しています。
砲弾型は秋葉原の「千石電商」ですけどね。
交換前と交換後ですが、ベースの「3020チップLED」は熱掛けて破損率が高かったので、「3216チップLED」にしたら、失敗率が減ったんですよね。
テスト後は良好なLEDとなりました。
と、ダイジェストの内容載せたら、記事が長くなったので、出場は明日にします。
この手の手順写真は、見て参考になることが多いので、再度掲載しました。
