模型の導入順に、当時の思い出を話しながら同時に交検（定期運転検査）を行っている「模型紹介シリーズ」。
今回は「321系東西線直通仕様」です。
購入のきっかけは、「207系が入線しているのだから、新型（当時）の321系も欲しい」という単純なものでした。
321系は、KATOとTOMIXから発売しているが、207系と銀の色を合わせるべく、TOMIX製を選択。
実車を見たわけでは無かったことから、気がつかなかった事もあるのだが、なんかパッとしないイメージだった。
前回の検査の2018年時点では、実車との差異が全くわからなかった。
そして2019年1月に、初めて実車を見る。
ん？イメージと違い、かっこいいぞ！？
青春18きっぷで出かけて一泊して、朝から撮影しながらの旅でした。
残念ながら、321系の正面のまともな写真が撮れていなかったが、一つわかったことがある。
「内側のフォグランプが再現されていない」
これは致命傷である。
ヨシ！KATO製に衣替えだ・・・・、なんてわけにはいかないが、入線させると思う。
ライトユニット部分のみ外して、試しに光らせてみる。
紫がかったライトと言う事はわかっていましたが、じつはライト自体は「白色LED」で、導光材が紫だった。
おそらく方向幕を白色にして、ライトを電球色っぽくする苦肉の策だったのだと思う。
オレンジの導光材にすると、オレンジ過ぎるのでやめたんだとは思う。
今は電球色LEDに、方向幕の導光材を水色という手方で、落ち着いていますので、過度期だけだとは思います。
せめて、フォグ部分は黄色にしたいと思う。

失敗した場合は、「無水エタノールで落とせます」
肉眼だと、紫がかってたんですが、写真上だとうまく行ってた！？

オレンジも少し追加してみる。
最終では無いが、こんな感じで落ち着く。
仮にはめてみましたが、なんか別の車両みたい。
行き先が、「同志社前」なのは、mixi仲間の尼崎在住の人から、行き先を指定したため。
じつは207系でやって欲しかったらしいが、後で理由を聞いたら、かなり不謹慎な内容だった。
まぁ、当初と比べたら、それっぽくはなったとは思う。ライト若干暗いけど・・・。
ちなみに現行品は、全くわかりません。
バラしたついでに、座席も追加作成。
内装撮影してきた中に321系が無かったため、207系ベースにしましたが、優先座席は拾ってきた写真から色を抜き出して作成。
優先座席の模様は、現状の印刷技術では無理。
とりあえず先頭車だけですが、内装も作成出来ました。
まぁこれから先が、時間かかるんですけど、貼っているのと貼ってないのとでは大違いですので、頑張って貼りたいと思います。
