他の車両整備の兼ね合いから、長期戦になっている「京葉線205系・通常顔大窓編成」ですが、こちらもちょっとずつ進めています。

当初は、「古い製品でも京葉線の大窓車（メルヘン）が欲しい」と思って、中古品を購入して動作確認したら、なぜか「通常顔」。その後の調べで、「ホビセンオリジナルボディー、先頭車2両セット」だと判明。
レア中のレアでした。
ただし、下回りのベースはかなり古いモノで、カプラーも「カトカプN」で、車輪の状態も悪く、室内灯も付かない車両も出ている状態でした。
周回して見るも・・・やはり登らないorz
となると、久しぶりにアレやりますか。
「2M化用のジャンク動力」
少し前の自宅のジオラマは、傾斜の関係から「旧動力で8両」「新動力で6両」が限界だった（KATO製の場合）。
その関係で、2M化用動力を確保していました。
現状はレイアウト側の改良で、10両可能なんですが、動力の調子によっては無理な場合があり、今回は付属動力が少し不調気味だったので2M化に踏み切りました。
動力の交換自体は、下回りの変更だけなので、「モハ204」の床下交換だけです。
それにしても、初期のカプラーって、この状態だったのは驚きです。
「交換カプラー」と「追加のホロ」は、すんなり手に入りました。
動力を「モハ205-292」へ組み込み・・・、って2両同じ番号だったので、ちらつきが多い床下と交換。
後日、車番変更も予定しています。
今回、先にまともに動作させることを優先したため、「ホロの取り付け」は次回に回しました。
余談ですが、交換したカプラーは使いみちがなさそうですorz
室内灯の付かなかった車両も、清掃で無事点灯。
オリジナル顔の大窓車・・・、これ富士急へ転属した車両だったかもしれません。
2M化してしまえば、傾斜のきついレイアウトも普通に走行出来ますので埼京・・・いや京葉、ちがう！
最強編成です。
これで出場・・・な、わけありません。
まだ「ライトのLED化」「座席の色追加」「ホロ取り付け」「車番変更」が残っています。
ちなみに方向幕が光っていますが、じつはこれ、「純正室内灯の導光材を当ててみた」ら、方向幕がきれいに点灯するようになりました。
となると、今までの205系は、もしかしたら現行の「室内灯クリア用導光材」で、点灯出来るようになるのかもしれませんね。
